I wonder whether it would be possible to lock a question instead of deleting it, if the question asked was a reasonable one with a reasonable amount of answers and if an answer had already been accepted? Then this way, other parents could benefit from the content and 'abusers' if there are any, wouldn't be able to add more comments or distort the topic in anyway.

We do have the option to "close" a question if that happens. We generally only delete if it looks like it's spam or it was in bad taste. Was there a specific question you were thinking of?

I just noticed that the question and answers for a question had been deleted, and I was wondering why? I think it was asked by David Green, http://moms4mom.com/questions/191/at-what-age-should-a-daughter-no-longer-take-a-shower-with-her-father/194

@emination - I didn't think we had deleted that, I thought I was just closed. I wonder if it got marked as deleted during the import. I moved it back from deleted to closed. Thanks for pointing it out.
