How do you backup moms4mom on osqa?

The hosting provider does daily backups, which I transfer to our location at less frequent intervals for disaster recovery.

Since I have a development copy of OSQA available, it wouldn't be bad to do regular restores of the backup to that site just to prove that everything's working. I'll look into that.
