Do you mean the down vote count that shows up in your profile? I believe that's the number of times you've downvoted questions or answers. I don't think you can figure that out, as it's supposed to be somewhat anonymous.
Yes thats the one I meant...I haven't down voted anyone that many times, in fact in the previous version the down votes I had were from when I opted to have spam or offensive questions looked at or closed... I was just curious how it works here...the Karma section shows when you are down voted I guess....
Yes, marking a question as spam or something negative typically counts as a down vote. That's by design. If there are enough down-votes, it usually auto-deletes the question. That does help if someone posts something inappropriate -- it's normally downvoted, closed, and/or deleted very quickly.
